2012 Melbourne F1 Grand Prix
At this years Melbourne F1 GP U Race It assisted Renault Australia by supplying 4 race simulators for their display stand. Renault utilised our sims to allow fans the opportunity to compete in the Renault RS Challenge and race the race Mégane Renault Sport 250s around the Albert Park circuit. The fastest driver after each day was then invited back to race off for prizes and of couses the title. Renault Australia said the race simulators were a huge success after pulling large crowds over the 4 days making it one of the busiest stands at the event.
Special guests Red Bull / Need For Speed Drift King "Mad Mike Widdett" and Red Bulls Robbie Maddison were also there to test their driving skills in the Renault RS Challenge to see who can set the fastest lap around Albert Park. More photos from the event here.
