Racing Simulator Hire for Conferences
Drive Foot Traffic to Your Stand – Melbourne & Australia-wide
Make Your Conference Stand the One People Actually Visit
At a multi-day conference, your stall is competing against dozens of others for delegate attention. Most stands offer a brochure, a screen, and a nervous sales rep. U Race It gives delegates a reason to stop, stay, and come back – a way to engage conference attendees beyond a free pen.Â
A racing simulator creates a simple, powerful dynamic: people see someone racing, they want a go. A queue forms. A queue signals to everyone walking past that something worth stopping for is happening at your stand. Before long, you’ve got the busiest spot on the conference floor – and your team has a natural, relaxed way to start conversations.

Why conference organisers book us:
- Keeps delegates engaged between sessions and during networking breaks
- Fully branded to your event or sponsor’s identity
- A leaderboard creates competition and keeps people coming back
- Managed by our on-site team so you can focus on running your event
Built for Conference Environments
Compact and event-ready
Our simulators are designed to work within the constraints of a conference exhibition floor. We set up in standard stall configurations, work around neighbouring exhibitors, and handle everything from bump-in to bump-out so your team arrives to a ready-to-race rig.
Fully branded to your organisation
Your logo, colours, and messaging can be applied to the simulator. Every delegate who races, watches, or photographs the rig is engaging with your brand. Every leaderboard screenshot shared on LinkedIn is your brand reaching beyond the room.
Multiple touchpoints across the event
The leaderboard is the secret weapon at conferences. Delegates race on day one, check their time, and come back on day two to try to beat it. That's multiple brand interactions across the event - far more than a passive display or a free pen achieves!
Lead capture without the awkward pitch
You can choose how delegate engage with the simulators - get leads by having them register to race and enter a leaderboard competition for a prize. It's a frictionless way to collect contact details from delegates who are actively engaged and enjoying themselves.
What Happens at Your Stall
A U Race It operator can manage the simulator throughout the event. Delegates approach, our operator invites them to race, they strap in and go. Your team engages the crowd that naturally gathers to watch. No hard sell, no awkward approach – just genuine, organic conversations sparked by something people genuinely want to do.
Fastest lap wins. Leaderboard builds throughout the day. By the end of the conference, your stall has had more meaningful interactions than most – and the people who visited remember exactly who you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size stall do I need for a racing simulator at a conference?
Our standard setup requires can fit into most stall spaces – check out our Instagram for photos!Â
How many people can race per hour?
We typically do 3 lap sessions (approx. 5 minutes) per driver. Depending on session length, a single simulator can accommodate approximately 10 participants per hour. For high-traffic events, we recommend two or more simulators to keep queue times short, competition strong and engagement high.
Can I capture leads through the simulator?
Yes. How you would like to engage participants is entirely up to you! We can run a leaderboard competition and you can choose to require registration to participate (your team can take details on a clipboard or have people sign up via a QR code) – giving you a clean list of attendees who actively engaged with your brand.
Can you do multi-day conferences?
Absolutely. We regularly supply simulators across two and three day events around Australia. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
Do you provide an operator on the day?
Most events organisers do choose to have an operator. The operator manages the simulator, runs the leaderboard, and keeps the experience running smoothly throughout the event, allowing your team to engage with the crowd.
How far in advance should I book?
For major conferences we recommend booking 4 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill quickly, particularly when we’re approaching racing seasons! And although earlier is always better, we know sometimes that is not possible and that plans change, we can usually accommodate events at short notice – just enquire and we’ll get back to you!Â
Do you travel interstate?
Yes. While we’re based in Melbourne, we regularly service events in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, and sometimes Tasmania. Get in touch with your event location and we’ll confirm availability and logistics.
